Should you wait until January.....again?

In typical December fashion, the idea of getting in shape literally flies out the window for most people. “Last month of the year, last chance to let loose“ - I get it.


But wait, haven’t you let loose the whole year?


If by now you haven’t reached your fitness goals for 2019, think about it for a second, December is literally your last chance!


Better yet, December is the best time to make sure you get a strong head start and stay ahead of the pack in January.

Here are 3 (more) reasons you should be turning it up before 2020!


1. YOU’RE TRAILING BEHIND!

2019 is almost over and you know you could have done better. You missed a bit too many workouts and probably ate a bit too much. Are you about to go further down the rabbit hole?


2. YOU NEED A NEW PLAN!

You did it last year, and you’re about to do the same thing this year. You let go your fitness and never quite picked it up again. It’s time for a new plan - ‘new year new me’ is old school!


3. YOU CAN STILL ENJOY WITH A GREAT BODY!

Life is a lot more fun when you know you look great. You’re happier, more confident and more energetic. Shopping for clothes is more exciting too!
